
Jean is
a creative musician, singer, songwriter born in Birmingham England.
A youth of the 80s. She started her musical career
Singing in School Choir and playing trombone in a Brass Band,
then moved on to singing in an Operatic Society, then bass in
a Rock/Pop band and eventually keyboards and then rhythm guitar
in the Cultural Reggae band SCEPTRE, since then have been working
on a solo career releasing a number of records independently.

Penn and Janet Kay you will definitely love Jeans Natural
Style. Destined to be one of UKs number one female reggae
artist. Performing in clubs and venues, in the UK and
France. Jean was also featured in National French Magazine
REGGAE-SKA-DUB RAGGA No 15 and the Jamaica Weekly
Gleaner vol. 2715 IM A REGGAEBABY Album is now available
from selected Record Stores in the UK. A woman of
many talents Jean also designed and built her own website www.reggaebaby.com
Since the release of demo Stand Up and album Im
a Reggaebaby they have been played on Galaxy Radio by
Daddy Crucial and Big John and also on Community Radio stations
ie New Style FM, and interviews on National Stations BBC Radio
WM, BBC Radio Leicester, Kix FM and Community Radio Stations.
IM A REGGAEBABY tracks were written, arranged and produced
by Jean at the studio of PATO BANTON (international reggae star)
as engineer. The album also features Killing Me Softly
by Roberta Flacks, covered by Lauryn Hill which was a special
favourite of Jeans
