I knew I wanted to be a performer from a young age and joined my best friend in forming a sound system once I had turned thirteen. My role was to play the RnB and sweeten up the dub-plates and I was able to sing at blues parties, street parties and youth clubs. It was intimidating but I knew that if I wanted to be a singer then I had to get used to dealing with crowds. I was discovered by Headaway music and have been under their tutelage for the past 8 months, working with producer wisechild. This experience has been really awesome! I have learnt so much about myself and what makes me tick as a vocalist. Musical Style: I consider myself a street-singer. I definitely see a trajectory of where I want to go in my career. An audience can expect to see a lot of different flavours from me as I move into writing and producing my own projects. If I were bringing anything to the table right now, I would say singer and interpreter is how I want to be perceived on my debut album. Musical Influences: Dub, Reggae and Hip-hop were my main musical influences growing up and I will always look at it like Damyans from Reggae because that is where my roots lie.
