We are looking for extreme sports producers like surfing,bmx, skateboarding, parachuting etc and normal films..

When you have been given the ok to join Solarise Records, which you must do first (By sending us a Film demo)
please follow all the instructions carefully on this page, If you have not been given the ok, please go back to the
About Us page under the Films section and follow what you have to do first and ignore this page.
If you have any problems just ask us! You do not need to fill in any of these forms if you are sending a film demo.
All the steps below must be completed when you are going to join us at Solarise,
failure to do so will not let you be represented on this site.

A Few Guidelines (Once been given the ok to join Solarise)

Only submit the first form when you are going to send your DVD's with the correct date your actually posting.

If you are going to put your film/s on Solarise please read the all About Us Film section and understand fully what services we offer, how the site works, then please can you first complete and submit the E-Mail form by pressing the joining us submission form button directly below. The form will open in new window, please fill in all fields and submit it to us. This basically is to tell us about your sumission and for us to be aware of your incoming Mail to our Postal Address.	Once you have submitted the first form (step 1, left) then click on the Solarise Agreement button directly below, this also opens in a new window (Or you can download the Word version underneath). Print this agreement and please fill out all blank spaces if it applies to you and sign it, all the information is required. Then send through the post with the rest of your DVD parcel to us.

Other Important Reminders
When posting, make sure you get a receipt or certificate of postage!!
Also put a return address on the parcel, just in case there's a problem with mail.
Make sure the DVD's are not loose, please secure the packing, we will not accept or be responsible for smashed cases.

Final Checklist for joining us

Got your 2 stock of DVD's per title submission (We prefer for you to supply the 8 stills for the page, your film logo, all the text info about the film, cover graphic on a CD compatible for a Mac computer and in JPEG or GIF formats only please. Or you can email us all this once we get in touch and confirm the arrival of your films) Also dont forget to email us a link to a preview if you want one, we will not host the preview clips of any film, this may change in the future.
Once your DVD's arrive, you wll be instructed on the next proceedures and how to send the pieces below by email, if you have not already supplied on CD which is the prefrerred way.
