As you have read above we also now have a web-site for MP3 downloads www.solariserecords.co.uk
You can now join both the Solarise domains together as one package, so your covering both outlets or you can have
your hard copy CD's for sale (on here) or join the MP3 site shop individually. If you want to join the MP3 site only please go to the site and read the joining instructions there seperately as they differ slightly to the ones here.

'Joining Solariserecords.com the Hard copy CD site where you are now'
When you have been given the ok to join us at Solarise Records, (either by online samples or a demo)
please follow all the instructions carefully on this page, If you have not been given the ok, please go back to
the About Us page and follow what to do first and ignore this page. If you have any problems just ask us!
You do not need to fill in any of these forms if you are sending a demo,
this page is for purely for Artists who are actual joiners!
All the steps below must be completed when you are going to join us at Solarise,
failure to do so will not let you be represented on this site.

A Few Guidelines (Once been given the OK to join Solarise)

Only submit the first form when you are going to send us your CD's with the correct date your actually posting.

If there are any cover versions of other artists tracks on your CD, (Max 2) you cant join unless you have the rights, which we need a copy of.

We dont accept blank CDR's as a Joining submission, Demos yes! When joining your CD's have to be packaged in some way & have at least a label on the CD and track listings!

No music or Agreements by E-mail please, it will be ignored

If you are going to join us at Solarise please read all About Us and understand fully what services we offer, how the site works, how to submit your music (knowing we review it first before accepting), then please can you first complete and submit this E-Mail form by pressing the joining us submission form button below. The form will open in new window, please fill in all fields and submit it to us. This basically is to tell us about your sumission and for us to be aware of your incoming Mail to our Postal Address.	Once you have submitted the first form (step 1, left) then click on the Solarise Agreement button below, this also opens in a new window (Or you can download the Word version underneath) Print this agreement and please fill out all blank spaces if it applies to you and sign it, all the information is required. Then send through the post with the rest of your CD parcel to us. (Joining fees paid via shopping cart are preferred if possible)

Other Important Reminders
When posting, make sure you get a receipt or certificate of postage!! if outside the UK use Air Mail where possible.
Also put a return address on the parcel, just in case there's a problem with mail.
Make sure the CD's are not loose, please secure the packing, we will not accept or be responsible for smashed cases.
Remember you are allowed up to 2 CDs on your page, If your only supplying one, you can add your second at any time just fill another agreement when sending your second. If you want to change any CDs when you already have 2 on your page, there is a £15 standard fee.
If you have a cover version (2 max), a copy of the rights for you to cover the song must be included.
Paying the Joining fee is preferred via the shopping Cart, but you can pay by cheque, money order or direct into our bank (there may be a fee this way) We only accept £,$ US & Euro.

Have you done all the steps? They must be done!

Submitted submission form (step 1) Decided how your paying the Joining fee	Printed & signed Agreement fully (Step 2) 5CD's? (4 if we already have 1) You can send also your 3 Pics, Cover graphic, Bio and band logo also on a CD with your package, please only use JPEG or Gif and make sure the CD is Apple Mac compatible.
Once you have joined Solarise and gone through the proceedures above and your CDs arrive, if you have not sent a press pack on CD (above) then you wll be instructed on how to send the pieces below via the joining Email.
